Tibonnabi (prophetic medicine) is a term referring to a collection of prophet's sayings regarding medical and hygienic affairs as well as physical and mental health. These sayings have been originated from the divine revelation and a perfect wisdom. The book apparently consists of medical advice, but a deep and philosophical analysis of the book and other prophetic sayings would result in inferring general and analytic principles of medical ethics. The dominance of monotheistic view, attention to the cooperation of body and spirit, the supremacy of divine fate, consideration of conventional consequences, and human dignity and divine covenant are some of these principles. The present study tries to investigate these principles known as principles of medical ethics by analyzing the prophetic traditions. The article uses the method of citation in referring to the views and descriptive analytic approach in elaborating the content.

The purpose of writing this article is to express the views of Avicenna about the professional ethics of teaching and educational approaches. The present study, utilizing a qualitative approach and a descriptive, analytical method and by using the existing resources, tries to infer and analyze Avicenna's opinions on the necessities of the profession of a teacher and its educational approaches. Based on the findings of analyzing his views, it is essential for every skillful teacher to possess good and moral traits in both individual and social aspects and should try to purify and educate his/her own soul before starting to educate the others and should be alert to tactfully deal with all his/her affairs in life. A teacher should begin to educate others only after getting to know the students and ought to base all his/her conducts on religious teachings and chivalry. Finally, it is expected from such a teacher to obtain a high degree of skillfulness in guiding and educating others. Also based on Avicenna's school, a teacher should teach the students in groups, using encouragement and punishment, through exercising and repetition, playing games, self-refinement and by showing compassion to the students.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits and religious orientation and involvement of employees of the Department of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) in the province of West Azerbaijan. The statistical population includes 210 employees of this organization among whom 132 were selected through Morgan table. The study assessment instruments consist of Costa & McCrae's (1990) Five-Factor personality questionnaire, Fegean's (1963) religious orientation questionnaire, and Lodahl and Kejner's (1965) job involvement questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis. The results show that out of the five components of personality, only conscientiousness has a significant relationship with job involvement. Also among the five components of personality, the components of neuroticism, extroversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness are meaningfully correlated with a religious orientation. The findings suggest that internal religious orientation and conscientiousness, can lead to the employee's job involvement.
